Life in the office

My life in the office might or might not be different than many people who have work experiences.  Some of you may only have to work in the office 5-9 hours/day or could be more.  Some of you may have to work in the office 50% or less and to work outside the office for another 50% or more.  It depends on the job responsibility we all are assigned.

For me, being hired for a job is about the right time, the moment of opportunity, the faith, and our attitude.  I believe so because sometimes many people have been applying for many jobs for 6 months or more and they could not even get a chance for the job interview although they don't have the ugly profile.  It is also related to the presented resume and application as well as the personality and skills.  Anyway, my office jobs, I have experienced, have been unexpectedly offered to me in such a great time.  And they were all awesome job and extensive experiences.

I have work experiences in the area of Human Resources Management.  Most of my experiences have been in Selection and Recruitment function.  Then I also have some experiences in the other functions of Human Resources which are Compensation and Benefit, Employee Relations, and Training.  I honestly do not like paperwork and working with the number but my works have been related to paperwork and the number related to the report and the record about 70-75%.  And I am still alive!

Works I have experiences had the fun parts and the boring parts as many other jobs.  But the important thing is that they provided me the great opportunity to learn more everyday.  Everyday can be a different chapter of life which keeps me moving and looking forward to.  Even though someday were uneasy, they were such a great experience for me when I look back.  In conclusion, it depends on ourselves how we would perceive, what we choose to take it further, and how we would like to adjust it to our current and next best situation of life.

Everybody has different formula of success.  I also have mine and I believe in it.

 Perspective  + Attempt + Opportunity = Success
